Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs, use bots, or coordinate with other players to gain unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. gojl monitors all accounts for irregular activity and will suspend or permanently ban accounts engaged in cheating.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. By using gojl, you agree that any dispute arising from your account or your use of our platform will be subject to Philippine jurisdiction and applicable gaming regulations.
By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the gojl platform — including games, promotions, VIP Club features, deposits, or withdrawals — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

To register and maintain an account at gojl, you must meet all of the following criteria:
gojl takes age verification seriously. We reserve the right to request valid government-issued identification at any point during your use of the platform. If satisfactory documentation cannot be provided within the timeframe specified in our request, your account will be suspended pending review. Winnings generated on an account that fails age verification will be voided.
Important: Persons under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from using gojl. Any account found to belong to a minor will be permanently closed, and any balance in that account will be forfeited in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations.
Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account on the gojl platform. Registration requires accurate and truthful personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You must keep this information current — it is your responsibility to update your profile if your contact details change.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gojl username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. gojl will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. gojl operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with Philippine anti-money laundering requirements. You may be asked to provide:
Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal restrictions until documentation is received and approved. KYC is a one-time process for most accounts unless there are changes to your personal details or unusual account activity is detected.
Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited, regardless of whether different personal details are used. Any duplicate accounts identified will be closed, all bonuses credited to those accounts will be voided, and the balances may be forfeited depending on the circumstances. If you accidentally created more than one account, contact gojl support to resolve this before it results in account action.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to a different person — are not permitted. Any deposits identified as coming from a third-party source may be returned, and your account may be temporarily restricted pending investigation.
gojl does not charge deposit fees on our end. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control. All balances on gojl are held in Philippine Pesos (₱).
Withdrawal requests can be submitted from your gojl account dashboard at any time. All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements.
The minimum withdrawal amount at gojl is ₱200. Maximum per-transaction withdrawal limits vary by account verification tier and VIP Club level. Standard verified accounts may withdraw up to ₱50,000 per day. VIP Club members have higher daily limits specified in the VIP Club terms.
Before your first withdrawal is processed, your account must be fully verified through KYC. Deposits that have not been wagered at least once cannot be withdrawn — this is a standard anti-money-laundering safeguard, not a punitive restriction. Bonus balances are subject to separate wagering requirements as described in Section 6.

gojl offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual offer terms.
Every bonus credited to your gojl account carries a wagering requirement (also called a playthrough requirement). This is the number of times you must wager the bonus amount before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. Example: a ₱500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must wager ₱10,000 in eligible games before withdrawal is permitted on those funds.

All bonuses at gojl have an expiry date. If the wagering requirement is not completed before the bonus expires, both the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited. Bonus expiry dates are displayed in your account dashboard under "My Bonuses."
Players may only hold one active bonus at a time on gojl. If you deposit and claim a new bonus before completing the wagering requirements of a current bonus, the existing bonus may be forfeited. Contact support before depositing if you are unsure about your current bonus status.
Bonus abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonus terms — including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times, placing offsetting bets, or using bonus funds in ways that circumvent wagering requirements — will result in immediate voiding of the bonus and all associated winnings. Repeat offences result in permanent account closure.

gojl monitors all accounts for patterns consistent with prohibited activity. Where suspicious activity is detected, gojl reserves the right to freeze account funds pending investigation without prior notice.
gojl may suspend or close any account at any time for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory requirement, failure to complete KYC, or receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms by you, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. If your account is closed for reasons not related to your conduct — for example, a service discontinuation — any remaining balance of real money (non-bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
You may close your gojl account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are processed within 2 business days. All pending bets at the time of closure will be settled normally.
All content on the gojl platform — including but not limited to game software, logos, graphics, text, interface design, promotional materials, and the gojl brand name — is the intellectual property of gojl or its licensed game providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for any commercial purpose without prior written permission from gojl.
Your permission to use gojl is limited to accessing the platform for personal entertainment purposes through standard web browser or authorised mobile app interfaces only. Screen recording of game sessions for any commercial purpose, including streaming for profit, requires prior written approval from gojl.
gojl operates its platform with reasonable care and diligence. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability. gojl is not liable for losses arising from:
If you believe a game result or account action at gojl was handled incorrectly, you may submit a dispute through our customer support channel at support@gojl.best within 7 days of the event in question. gojl will investigate and respond within 5 business days. Disputes submitted beyond the 7-day window will generally not be entertained.
In all cases, gojl's maximum liability to any single player in connection with a single transaction or game result is limited to the value of the stake placed in that transaction. gojl is not liable for consequential losses, lost profits, or indirect damages under any circumstances.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. By using gojl, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any disputes arising from your account or use of the platform.
